Led FitScore and a multi-doctor chat platform to launch.

As EM, shipped FitScore — a health-scoring feature anchoring a multi-year product roadmap — and an extended, multi-doctor chat system built on existing infrastructure, now used by 5,000+ patients. Mentored 10 engineers and SDETs at 100% SLA compliance, and introduced an AI-augmented PRD workflow that took the team from manual feasibility scans to working prototypes.

Technical Advisor · AnekaPay · 2024–25

Migrated payments microservices to Go — and roughly halved infra cost.

Led the migration of AnekaPay's core from Node.js + MongoDB to Go + MySQL, consolidating 14 services into 6 (−57%) at comparable traffic — owning the architecture, migration strategy, business-continuity plan, and DR framework. The leaner footprint cut estimated infrastructure cost by roughly half. Mentored five engineers running the core systems.

Lifted payment success 30% and brought canary deploys + Monitoring-as-Code to the org.

Revamped the subscription backend and UI to increase payment success by 30% and push test coverage to 85%. Spearheaded Monitoring-as-Code and canary deployments across engineering tribes — later adopted org-wide — and authored the onboarding curriculum for new backend engineers.
