• Coached the squad on AI-augmented engineering day to day: working sessions, review of AI output, and direction per engineer, tracked against measured usage rather than stated usage.
• Drove automation where the bottleneck was structural, not effort. QA capacity was the constraint on test automation, so the plan uses AI on both sides: lighten the manual load on QA and draft the automation itself. Applied the same lens at company level to duplicated manual reporting across teams and gaps in operational and continuity processes.
• Own security and compliance workstreams at company scope: ran the annual external security-testing cycle and prepared the engineering material for external technical review.

• Designed and shipped an extended, multi-doctor chat system on existing infrastructure, lifting session-length limits and enabling collaborative patient care, used by 5,000+ users.

• Full-stack development on Java and Kotlin across three legacy enterprise systems, including a logistics/warehouse system serving ~100 users, with 200–300 enterprise users in total at ~95% uptime.
• Drafted the team's DevOps adoption plan (Jenkins, rolling deployments, protected branches, enforced pull requests and unit tests) to replace fully manual deployments.
